1st stage: pre-interview with sent questions and answers recorded
2nd stage: a face-to-face interview with two managers:
clear description of the role provided with slides, very respectful attitude, practical questions asked to check the hard skills and quite down-to-earth (in a good sense) questions for soft skills.
