Behavioral interview questions; Diverse leadership represented in panel; Need to be specific with goals for impacting the cultural at organization. Overall learned a lot from the constructive feedback I received
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPMC (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2013
Interview
I had a one on one interview with the Department's administrative head. It was more of a get to know you and your interests focused time, with an overview of what the position entailed. I then interviewed with three directors within the department as a follow up - these focused more on skills that were applicable to the position, as I had a fairly un-traditional educational background. Still, only the expected, typical questions were asked.
