I very much enjoyed the interviewing style of the manager I talked to. She told me all the good stuff, but thenalso told me what the downfalls of the position and asked howI would cope with a bad situation. She as honest and helpful at the same time. I still seethe interviewer frequesntly at my job and appreciate all she did.

easy, behavioral questions that is related to being a nurse or a care taker. "Tell me about.." for the most part. Fairly easy and the interviewers are usually the unit directors, no peer interview was needed.

Friendly! The interviewers strive to make the experience comfortable while obtaining relevant information and explaining the job requirements. They want to make sure the company is a good fit for you and that you are a good fit for the area you will work in.
It was a standard interview with all the expected questions as well as a few fun curveballs that were not taken too seriously. I was given the option to shadow and tour the unit afterward.
