Brief phone interview, discussed my experience, the role and my availability. After the interview, I was told someone would reach out in a few weeks. I did not hear back at all.
The doctors have busy schedules, so interviews took a while. The warmness and friendliness truly depend on the department. I interviewed with some departments that were just cold in demeaner, while others were warm, friendly, and kind.
Went well. They were very professional and answered the questions I had. I had an interview with 3 people and then I had a peer review with 2 other people to end the interview.
The interview process seemed to take forever but wasn't too harsh. Too many different interviews. First need to interview with HR. Then with the department director. Then with the department peer.
