I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UPMC (Pittsburgh, PA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Applied online and received an informal email requesting a quick call. What’s refreshing about the process is it’s directed by the manager not talent acquisition.I was able to get a real picture of the departments challenges, first hand accounts and have real conversations with management about their expectations from day 1.
Simple questions about my history and relevance for the position. Pretty smooth process. HR was communcative throughout the process. Went through 2 rounds of interviews. Then I was offered the position.
