UPMC Supervisor interview questions

The interview itself was a great experience; it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview, and I received encouraging feedback, including being told a decision would be made within the next week. Unfortunately, I was never directly notified of the outcome. Instead, a month and a half later, my application status was updated in the portal. Clear communication with candidates would have made the process feel much more respectful and professional.
