UPS IT Data Analytics Intern interview questions

Phone screening with the recruiter first, and then a final interview with two analysts. They asked me how experienced I was with SQL and I answered that I'm not the best but know the basic knowledge of it and was willing to learn, so they also agreed that they did not know anything about SQL when they started full-time job, but few days later I got the rejection email saying I did not have much skills in SQL when this was an intern position.
