The interview process was online, where your resume is reviewed, and then hiring in person during first physical meeting. The first meeting mainly is a review of your hiring paperwork and then you begin working within a few days.

Interview
Applied online. Came in with a group for a briefing about the job description. Selected what shift we are best available for. Sat down with HR manager and she asked me to return on a later date for a tour and actual interview. Next time, filled out paperwork and sat down with manager to confirm everything.
An interview process typically begins with an application review, followed by an initial screening call to assess qualifications. Next, candidates undergo one or more interviews, which may be conducted via phone, video, or in person. These interviews often include behavioral and technical questions to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Some roles may require assessments, case studies, or practical exercises. After interviews, employers conduct reference checks to verify work history and performance. The final stage involves negotiating terms and extending a formal job offer. Once accepted, onboarding begins, ensuring a smooth transition into the new role.
Online you’ll be set up for an orientation date but you have to hurry and complete the whole application and I9 form before it goes away. Once you have an orientation date you’ll start from there & do training in a classroom.
