The interview was pretty basic. Most questions were centered around if you could work the hours they required and if you have a reliable form of transportations. They also asked about being able to lift up to 70lb and if you believe you can manage moving around 1200 packages per hour.

We work anywhere from 4pm-11pm. Will you be able to work these hours?
no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
