Interview
I applied online and was granted an interview. When I arrived I was interviewed by the night shift lead. I don't believe he was a manager.
He was very young (early 20's) and did not seem to have set questions nor did he write down my answers to the two questions he did ask.
He was not interested in hiring me, but he said he would forward my application to the morning lead.
I worked as an airline baggage handler for five years but that didn't seem to matter.
I believe that he did not want me on his shift because I am an older, retired woman and he made up his mind as soon as he saw me.
I was prepared and qualified but was never given a chance. The interview lasted about 3 minutes.
