Contacted by HR about setting up a phone screening which consisted of basic questions that honestly could have been answered through a form. He told me I would be contacted in one to one and a half weeks by either management or through email telling me of the next steps.
Time passed by and no response.
Nice talk with management, easy test from excel and logical thinking. They asked me about how my typical day in work looks like, how I manage problem in work, how I handled in stress situation.
