It took over two hours to apply, and was way to comprehensive for what it requires. It was a ton of weird minigames??? A phone call would've been better imo.

no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
