You are invited to this detailed group interview type thing, where you learn about the job. After the process is over, each person goes into a room with the Regional Supervisor, where you are asked a few questions. For example, what is the toughest thing you have done, and few more basic questions and you are told right there on the spot if you have the job or not. You will then be asked if you want it and if you agree you will be submitted to a background check and within a few days, come in for orientation. Then you are on the road with a Driver.
