Relaxed and casual setting. Met with multiple ED directors in and around the Charlotte, NC area within the group. Also met with multiple future colleagues at dinner in a relaxed environment. The vast majority of the clinical related questions were not as crucial. It appeared that there was more of an effort to engage us interpersonally and see if we were a good fit for the group.
