US Agricultural Research Service interview questions

I initially filled out an online form and submitted a resume and cover letter. I was contacted by a representative after 3 weeks to set up an interview. The interview was a panel type with 6 persons. The interview consisted of a tour of the facility after the panel interview.

Submitted online government application package and was called to interview by the head of the department locally within 2 weeks. Went to the local office for a 1 hour interview with local department head. Was called 1 week later by same with the news they did not pick me.
