I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at US Army (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
There is no interview, just a test and a physical. The test is just to see what position you would work best in. The results wont matter as long as you pass. They'll push whatever position they are in need for. I recommend picking something that lines up with whatever you want to do after the army. If you don't know Logistics, Medical or anything with computers is all stuff that pays big bucks when you get out.

normal health questions about your health status, if you are good at this then you shouldn't worry. They drug test you and make you do a few exercises but overall the process is simple and quick.
