US Army Operations Sergeant interview questions

This position was in a military organization. There was no interview process. Position was filled according to seniority and experience. Packets were presented for review by the Battalion Command Sergeant Major and then a selection was made. The packet consisted of past evaluations and physical fitness test scores and date of rank was also considered.
