Answered a few questions over the phone. The person called after 6 pm, raced through several questions about my application, verifying I entered correct information. I answered all questions with a yes and said I looked like a good candidate.

There was a test. After the test, if selected, you got a phone call. You have to undergo a background check and fingerprinting.
