The hiring process went pretty smoothly for me, however it still took three months. Two weeks after attending a career fair I received a phone call to set up a phone interview. I had two separate phone interviews, both of which were fairly benign. From there I was put into a hiring pool, I worked with HR to ensure my name was still in the pool and received an offer after I cleared a few more of the security hurdles.

Interview
I liked that they gave us the interview questions ahead of time, but during the interview, it seemed as if they were uninterested before we even began. They did these interviews all day, which seemed to be reflected in their behavior. All were nice, however.
Virtual panel interview. It was relatively easy and painless, with predictable and fair questions. They are mostly interested in why you want to be in this field. They will also lightly test you with some scenario-based questions.
