I applied through other source. I interviewed at US Foods (Perris, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Multi tier, must speak with a lot of people. Start with the recruiter, then management and then Vice presidents. Could be a little lengthy. However, they are polite and fair with the questions, nothing to crazy.
Pretty easy interview process. Promoted from driver so already had a solid understanding of the process. Met with hiring manager virtually before an offer was extended. Easy process overall that was streamlined
Received a call from HR, was asked a few questions about my background, and some management questions. Was informed about the position I applied for, and then asked if I had questions for them.
