US LBM Holdings interview questions

Typically they conduct in person interviews, but due to distance away from the branch they conducted an online interview where they asked basic questions on background, fit, interests etc. The interviewers included HR, the branch manager and a regional manager.

Online application followed by HR phone screen. The recruiter was super personable and made a great impression. After a (seemingly great) screener, he mentioned that the hiring manager was traveling but he'd get me on the schedule for next steps ASAP. After a week of not hearing back, the recruiter mentioned that there was an "unexpected internal" who wanted the job and he was moving forward with that person.
