You need to be both physically and mentally fit. You will need to assess your mental health through self-realization and honesty. This is not the boy scouts. There will be days when you ask yourself why you signed up your life for four years or so.
Easy straight to the point. If you are interested in joining the navy make sure you score good on your asvab. The recruiter will keep stressing that on you. Good luck

I tend to think the interview process was a bit more aggressive than I would have hoped for. I'm not too sure they were happy I was there. I don't think they even offered me a soda.
