The whole process took a little over 4+ weeks . You apply to the position you interested in then a day or two they email you with a assessment test basically to get a feel of you then you get emailed to take the 473 exam you will receive your score within 2hours I scored a 76 then you will receive and email to consent to background check. They will send this same email again but this time it's to schedule your drug test they receive your result rapidly but It took me a little over a week to my email letter to a group interview. The process takes about 4 hours . You fill out paperwork , then move on to your one on one interview where they basically explain in further detail about the job title and do you think you would be a perfect fit for the job . Then they tell you to wait for and email that will further assist you in the hiring process . The next step is to start training depending on what you applied for that's about a week long class room setting the driver training then you start your shift at the location they give you .

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.
There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
