Interview was fairly easy, just a basic conversation, applied online for several areas for 2different positions, waiting on email for job offer.Applied for several positions but only one sent me link for the personality quiz and later the proctured exam received results in an email as I was getting in my car leaving the exam a week later post master called for the interview.For the most part everything is online.Application status can be viewed online as well.If they send you a link that you think you already go into it more than likely they'll ask something that they hadn't before.Those who score highest on the test get interviews and hired 1st

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
