Most of the people included in my group were veterans (they get first dibs.) went over application to edit and add anything needed. filled out some paperwork. The interviewer asked questions about previous work experience and work conditions etc. the interview wasn't too long. Told us we would get a call within the next week if invited back

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.
