The most important thing is the test and only the top 3 scores (including the points for veterans) are interviewed. The test is tough, the interview isn't. You must provide 7 years of work history. Then you are offered a opportunity to test. It's a lot of memorization and attention to details. Read about it online and it helped me prepare mentally. Then I was asked for the background check. Then I was offered an interview. I found out later about the top 3 only being interviewed (it's standard). I wasn't asked a ton of questions. I mostly explained my work experience and why I would be a good fit. I was offered the job pretty quickly. I think it was the very next day.
