There were about 25 people standing inside the post office. My interview time was at 11am although others had been waiting for a 9am interview time. At about 12:30 we were finally greeted and given forms to fill out. They came out and explained that the job was very tuff and if you weren't able to work under conditions like 12 hour days, no a/c and 6 day work weeks then you should leave. They announced they would call each person in based on highest test score first.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
