Applied online via USPS career page, completed personality test and got invited to take the part 2 test. Just a few days after I was invited to an interview. Have not gotten an offer yet, they said they will email an offer in a few days. The interview was easy and my interviewer was very friendly. It was a large group of people and then they called names and you interviewed sitting right next to people who were interviewing also, pretty distracting.
