Applied online, completed test at testing center. Called 3 days after testing to come in for an interview. Interview was one on one at the processing center. Dress was not specified - dressed business casual and felt only slightly over dressed. Asked the interviewer about it, and he said anything that looked presentable was totally fine with them, really relaxed. Interview was scheduled for 30 min, took about 20. They have a print out of the job description & cover it, asking if you have questions along the way. I was asked if I had any questions for my interviewer at the end, and that was that. Probably one of the most laid back interviews I've had in a long while - very typical question set and easy to answer. He wasn't looking for life stories or super in depth details, just answer them succinctly.
