Interview
Group interview then one on one. Group consisted of about 30 people, about 10 people out of that group were hired. I was offered job at the interview. Was informed Job would be limited to 6 weeks, starting shortly before thanksgiving and staying through the first week of January.
For me, the Interview was very simple. It basically felt like they just wanted to know if there was any reason you couldn't see yourself doing the job and to be sure you weren't some kind of crazy person. This was for a temporary seasonal position though. I do not know if it would be different for a long term job.
