First 1:1 - later interviews for other locations: Small group presentation (where one supervisor/manager explained he was trying to talk you out of the position) then individual, semi-private(2 per room with 2 different interviewers) or private 1:1 brief question and answer interview of same questions per every applicant. You get a chance to ask questions at the end- other than that I received no feedback or reason why I wasn't selected. I can only guess the interviewer didn't think I had the mental or physical stamina for the positions I applied for? It's a very physically demanding and rigorously repetitive position, we were informed during the interviews. I will say the groups I was interviewed with were very diverse, so I imagine the most fit appearance, job experience, and best answers of the group earned the interviewer's points. Perhaps a physical test should also have been included in the pre-screening.
