Interview
Not really an interview as much as just waiting for them to check you off and let us know what type of work it is.
A room full of people (about 200-250) waiting to get through the interview. Resume/background & punctuality/listening to basic rules seemed good enough to get hired.
They seemed really in need of people but want determined people that really want the job. Said they needed to hire about 900 people. It seemed like a first come first serve but they let people who came late by an hour to join us.
I guess there wasn't enough interviewers so the process took about 8 hours. It was supposed to be about a 4 hour process.
No books. No phones. No "resting your eyes". Still got to be professional.
For a seasonal/ temporary position.

Interview
It wasn’t too intimidating. Background checks were conducted. Finger printing. A lot of formalities. This was prior to the holiday parcel rush so it was pretty quick easy and efficient. I don’t remember the interview process being too hard either.

The interview process was over an hour. They give you a specific time and date to attend. Once you get to the location, you would have to stand in a lobby til HR gets you. You and a group of others will go to a room where the interview will take place
