Selected to take test for Rural Carrier, passed test, got selected to sit down test and passed with 83.5. Interviewed for that position but wasn't selected. Applied for CCA, Got Interview with Orlando, she told us we are hiring 20 today because there are alot of post offices in Orlando. I started applying in Oct and had 2 interviews 1 for rural and 1 for CCA before I was selected. My advice keep applying and even when I was selected I still waited a month before I had orientation.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
