After applying for the position online, weeks later I got an email saying I was going to receive a call for an interview at my local post office. The Postmaster called to tell me when my interview was. I went to my scheduled interview and got asked a lot of questions. The interview was over and then I received another email days later saying I got hired.

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.
There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
