Initially applied online. Two (possibly three) separate background checks. Online personality questionnaire. Required UA. Required test administered by US Postal Service at designated testing facilities; a score in the C-range is enough to get hired for most positions. In-person interview was fairly standard, though they were not forward enough about the expectation of overtime placed on newly hired employees. Very unprofessional and irresponsible in my opinion.

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
