I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Pleasantville, NJ) in Jun 2017
Interview
Depending on when your name is called you could wait 2 hours + to be interviewed. They bring a lot of people in at once. The actual interview is about 10-15min long. They say Rural Carrier Associate are only guaranteed 1 day a week, but they work more than that. If you get in the post office don't lose the job. The pay is amazing.
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
