Got a call after applying on line . Had 3 face to face interviews, basic interview questions, what are your stregths/ weaknessess/ why do you want to work for ups, basic stuff.
hiring manager, HR, and then a member of the team I would be working with. It was a Panel for the HR interview portion. Only 3 stages of interview, very easy and no portion was over 30 minutes long
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Salt Lake City, UT) in Dec 2013
Interview
Very short. They only asked if I had ever been terminated from a job and if so, explain reason. Friendly interviewer! I had to pass a background and drug test first before employment began. There are also skill testing that you have to pass before you could even get an interview. There are 2 skill tests and then an orientation. You schedule an interview at the orientation.
