I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Green Bay, WI) in Sep 2018
Interview
Send in 991 or eCareer Profile via US Mail or email to apply. I was given a note on official letterhead for me to confirm an appointment for an interview at a specific date and time. The note provided absolutely no contact information to which to respond. I was told by a supervisor they they would send me an email with the same note and that did not happen. I found a way to respond regardless. My contact, when I called her, seemed distracted and did not even recognize my name or why I was calling. When we met up for the interview I instantly said that it was nice to finally meet her; took her 30 seconds to a minute to acknowledge me and introduce herself! The questions were vague. I realized that when she closed with "thank you for applying", that I probably was not being considered for the position and they already had made their choice. I was just there to show on record that they did their due diligence in promoting the person that they had in mind.
