A lot of hoops to jump thru with computer testing before the face-to-face interview. Once in the face-to-face, the big thing is be willing to work hard and work extended hours. Look professional, and express your desire to go beyond minimum requirements.

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
