The interview process is not for the faint of heart! They do not often take young people so do not expect much if you are under the age of 25. Overall, it's a great learning experience even if you do not get the job.

Structured. Lack of emotion. Moderator present. Wrote several paragraphs and documented everything . Waivers and job info prior to interview took longer than actual interview. Very serious environment, don’t crack jokes they won’t laugh.
