I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at USAA (Tampa, FL)
Interview
I applied online, the following day I was contacted by a recruiter. She verified that I had daily contact with customers, she then informed me that I needed to complete the online assessment as soon as possible. I completed the assessment which I experienced several technical difficulties. After I completed the assessment I emailed the recruiter. Several weeks went by then finally I received another email from the recruiter informing me another position had been created and she suggested I apply. I applied for that position and another week or two went by. I finally received an email inviting me to complete a phone interview. I confirmed the phone interview but I never did receive a confirmation email confirmation the phone interview. A couple of days later I had the phone interview. The gentleman was very professional and pleasant. I was invited to a one on one interview for next week. I was also asked to give consent online for my background and credit check. Overall it was a lengthy process but I'm just thankful for the opportunity.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
