Horrible! They make you wait forever (over 4+ weeks) to get a response back even though I passed all their online assessments, phone interview, drug screening, and in-person interview. Seriously, who has time to wait that long? Background checks are utterly ridiculous conducted by a third party called HireRight. I had a misdemeanor over 10 years ago that I forgot to mention (even though I did mention my other misdemeanor) because it was so old which was the reason I don't think I got the job. Whatever, they could have told me WEEKS ago! I've worked at better insurance companies than this one and never had any issues. I'm actually glad I didn't get the job because I already found a much better job, and I would have turned them down anyway! After reading reviews about that company from other websites...I'M SO GLAD I looked elsewhere!...whew. This was actually a blessing in disguise!

First interview was over the phone with recruiter, second one was over Skype with two managers. The phone interview consisted of asking about your resume past exxperiencces. They send you documents to prepare you for the next interview.
