It began with an interview with someone from HR, then a phone interview with the department manager, I was sent an application via email for a background check, then they requested a 1:1 interview on campus. The process took about 4 weeks. At the end I was not chosen, I was sent a generic form email about them choosing other candidates about a week or so after the 1:1 interview.
