Process was easy but it did take time about 2 weeks from one step to the other. First step was an HR interview Jul 6, 2016 followed by the actual management phone interview Jul 15, 2016 since I was currently working out of state. There was an extended waiting period and job offer was received on Aug 6 2016 pending successful completion of background check and drug test.
