      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at USAA (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2016

      Interview

Very informal phone interview. Then they had me come to the head office for the in person interview. Very easy all around process to go through. They put me up in a nice hotel and fed me a nice dinner. Got a tour of the campus, which is amazing, and got to see the sales floor etc

Describe a time when you over came a personality conflict in the workplace

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at USAA (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2012

      Interview

Very, very slow. Be prepared to hurry up and wait. Started with a resume submission. Best if you have some contact with them ahead of time (i.e. career fair, inside contact, etc). Then a phone interview. Very short. Then an in person interview. Wasn't too hard or technical. Then had to wait a very long time to hear if I got the job or not.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The most difficult ones were behavioral questions relating to USAA's core values. They are super important there.
