Rigorous process, when I started it was in person and you had to take a test at the office if you passed the initial phone interview. Now the test is taken online after the initial phone interview. If you pass the test online then you may be selected to come into the building for another interview. Usually there are three interviews. The initial over the phone with a recruiter, a multi manager interview and a final manager offer interview.
