First interview is a phone screening pretty much going through your resume, your past work experiences with other other companies you worked for. Second interview is at their location (San Antonio for me), basically everything they asked you before and a couple STAR interview process (Situation, Task, Action, Results). I was offered the job on the spot but declined due to the second interview environment. I was put in a room with a hiring recruiter and on the phone was a hiring manager.
