I filled out an online application. Within a week I was emailed to take the online assessment. The assessment involved basic mathmatical questions(Maps, word problems,etc). Once passed a recruiter emailed for a phone interview. The phone interview was informative and related to job duties, previous job responsibilities, and one behavioral question. I was offered to do an in person interview on the phone and set it up the next week. The in person interview was laid back and very typical. Lots of behavioral questions were asked as well as questions to see how much I already knew about USAA.
