First you will conduct a phone screening. If you pass you will be invited to an onside event, tour, and interview. Prepare for it. Just because you have experience does not mean you will get the job. Be yourself and talk about your military experience. It is a military servicing company but it is very likely you will not be interviewing with a veteran. If you do then they might not be from the same generation you are or even the same branch so keep the lingo to a minimum. At the end of the day it is you as a person they are looking at and how well you are going to fit with the company and on the team you are trying to get hired onto.
