I applied to aonline advert via a recruitment agency who did a phone screen followed by a face to face interview before my CV was submitted to the company. There then followed to face to face interviews both panel and 1-2-1 with 2 phone interviews all of which consisted of a CV histyory breakdown and a list of competency based questions regarding previous experience focusing on practical and communication skills.
